Lou is a 1982 graduate of Washington College and started his career in sales for a National Insurance company. In 1985, prior to forming AMINEX, Lou helped to found, and was an officer in, a large regional Insurance Recruiting firm and brings extensive experience and insight to the business. He launched AMINEX in 1990 with his two Partners, Rick Tolstrup and Lisa Lepore.

Lisa Lepore, Partner
Lisa is a 1981 Cum Laude graduate of Emerson College where she earned a BFA degree and brought her expertise to productions in NYC and Boston before beginning her insurance career in sales for a large National carrier. Prior to founding AMINEX in 1990, Lisa worked for a National Recruiting firm in the Insurance and Actuarial field. Lisa is consistently one of the top billers in the INS, an organization of Insurance Specific Recruiting firms from all over the country, and has won the award for Highest Production four times. Lisa brings hard work and sensitivity to all of her search assignments and has created a strong following of client companies who work with her exclusively.

Richard Tolstrup, Partner
Rick has worked in Insurance Recruiting since graduating from Colby College in 1986. He has served on the Board of Directors and as the Membership Chairperson of Insurance National Search and as the organization's Vice-President. He is also on the Board of Directors of the National Insurance Recruiters Association. He has won several top awards for production in INS and NIRA, the two organizations of Insurance Recruiters across the country. Rick has been interviewed by The Standard, The Insurance Times and Claims Magazine regarding employment in the Insurance industry.
