Lucius F. Sinks, Jr., Partner
Lou is a 1982 graduate of Washington College and started his career in sales for a National Insurance company. In 1985, after several successful years in the Life Insurance business, Lou helped to found, and was an officer in, a large regional Insurance Recruiting firm and brings extensive experience and insight to the recruiting process. He helped launch AMINEX in 1990.

Lisa Lepore, Partner
Lisa is a 1981 Cum Laude graduate of Emerson College where she earned a BFA degree and brought her expertise to productions in NYC and Boston before beginning her insurance career in sales for a large National carrier. Prior to founding AMINEX in 1990, Lisa worked for a National Recruiting firm in the Insurance and Actuarial field. Lisa is consistently one of the top billers in the INS, an organization of Insurance Specific Recruiting firms from all over the country, and has won the award for Highest Production four times. Lisa brings hard work and sensitivity to all of her search assignments and has created a strong following of client companies who work with her exclusively.
