Marketing Associate
Privately held software technology and consulting company is looking for an experienced Marketing Associate to join their growing Professional Services team. The focus of this role is to create, develop and implement a marketing communications plan aligned with overall business goals. In collaboration with the Professional Service team, design and implement a comprehensive strategic B2B marketing plan. Coordinate market research, competitive analysis, product positioning and branding. Emphasis will be placed on content generation and managing website, marketing communication materials and leading company’s social media effort. Regional A rated insurance company is seeking a strong commercial underwriter to join their team north of Boston. The underwriter is responsible for identifying growth opportunities for high quality new and renewal business in an assigned territory. The underwriter will evaluate risk characteristics and loss potential of business using objective data, judgment and loss prevention criteria while promoting achievement of the company growth objectives. The underwriter will also conduct agency visits to provide training and advance company products and programs.
College degree and CPCU a plus.

We are presently searching for a group sales representative for our client, a well known "niche market" carrier to cover their Manhattan Territory. Current experience in calling on brokers in Manhattan is required. The company sells DBL, group life, dental, vision, LTD/STD, and a suite of voluntary products. Experience in all of these products is not required. The qualifier is existing Manhattan broker relationships. This position is an addition to their sales staff, as a result of growth. First year salary and bonus guarantee is up to $100K.

Senior WC Underwriter
Our client, a growing WC carrier is looking for a talented Senior WC Und with at least 5-10 yrs exp Und WC business. You will Reviews applications for insurance coverage, reports from loss control consultants and other information to determine if application is acceptable for the program(s) available.
Evaluates the experience of a risk against the class of business under review.
Evaluates the loss potential due to catastrophe, severity, and/or frequency.
May rate policies or check previously rated policies for proper rating.
Utilizes knowledge of automated systems to develop information for new or renewal policies.
Prepares quotations for agents and answers questions from agents, policyholder, or prospects.
Assists agents with comments or questions about applications and the likelihood of acceptance by the company.
Reviews requests for renewal, cancellation and endorsement. Also requests additional documentation necessary for the processing of an application, endorsement, renewal or cancellation.
Enters and/or researches information through the use of the computer system and printed material.
Assists the Executive Underwriter in leadership responsibilities when needed.
Participates in department and/or company project initiative committees when requested. A 4 yr degree and continuing education In Insurance CPCU or other courses is a plus. Company is expanding throughout NE.
